Rome, Italy

Rome definitely made my top 5 of the most interesting destinations. And how can it be the other way? Rome is not just a city, it is the cradle of the whole modern civilization.

ROME. Everyone has his own associations with it. I, for example, imagine ancient Rome, Julius Caesar, gladiators, Michelangelo, Raphael ... And I have to say after my trip: there was no disappointment.

You know they say, one come to Rome to never leave it again. Well, it's true. I didn't wanna leave.

You dissolve in this city. Instantly. As a piece of refined sugar. You will definitely study guides on the eve of departure, but trust me, everything in here is interesting. I mean it.

Of course you will see Colosseum and the Roman Forum, Pantheon and The Trevi Fountain.

Rome has his own atmosphere, like no other city.

The heart of Rome is the Colosseum and the ancient sites that surround it.

Every sight has audio tours, and they are pretty cheap. My advice is TAKE THEM. Everything around you makes sense when you know the story.

I'd also advise to visit Borghese Gallery and the Park around it. Park is green and peaceful.

Overall I think you should come here at least for 7 days, but I'd go for 10. Oh, and if you'll have time take a tour to the beach. It is so lovely out there! The water is cold, but the scenery is a great change!
