I really wanted to visit Abu Dhabi during this trip and I really wanted to do that on our own, without tours and guides. 

The plan was to get up early, take a cab for a 2 hour drive to Abu Dhabi. Visit Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and then stop by Ferrari World. And maybe watch the sunset on the beach. So plan was ruined when we woke up at 9 a.m. Then we decided to save some money and go by bus.  That was actually a good decision, because the bus is way more cheaper than a taxi. In 2 hours we arrived to the Abu Dhabi bus station. Another 10 minutes with a pleasant taxi driver and here it is!




White marble surface reflects the sunrays like a mirror. So better put your sunglasses on.

Honestly, I don't know why we spend so much time there, but we really liked this place. Of course, there are crowds of tourists, but it was expected by us.

My impression about Abu Dhabi is very positive: the city is very beautiful, green, well-groomed, and not to mention it stands in the middle of the desert.
